Payment Methods
All bookings on CretanGuide are paid online, in full, at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and others) via our secure payment provider, Stripe. We don't currently support bank transfer or cash payment through the site.
Security
Card details are entered directly on Stripe's own secure checkout page - CretanGuide never sees or stores your full card number.
Currency
All prices are shown and charged in Euros (EUR).
Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method, automatically when applicable (e.g. a sold-out slot), or per the cancellation policy shown on the listing you booked.
